There’s a right way and a wrong way to clean floors. Too much moisture on the floors will ruin them. That’s one of the reasons why I left my business partner. The lies, the deceit. I can’t be in business with a partner that lies to everyone.. see.. a client in Union County, N.J. replaced ALL her hardwood floors because she couldn’t understand why the floors were lifting. She chalked it up to poor installation. (She filed a claim against the floor company). No, the crew used too much water (mixture) on the floors.

When cleaning hardwood floors, it’s important to use the proper products. My local competitor in Union County was a prime example of what not to do. They used too much water mixed with detergent & ruined the floors. The homeowner was never informed & she was forced to file a claim with the flooring company.
