Projects
This client was burdened with that exact shortcoming in their newly purchased Essex County home. The solution was to utilize space from a spare bedroom to add a practical, functional, yet stunning master bath. The remaining space will be used as a nursery, and later converted to a guest room or office.
The plan they ultimately chose adds a complete new level with three bedrooms and a bathroom and ample closet storage. On the main level, the kitchen is expanded and reconfigured to improve cooking and enlarge the eating area. In addition a side entry and foyer are added off the driveway to provide a more convenient access to the home.
On the exterior, the new portico over the side entry provides protection from the weather while entering, and the new rear deck adds space to grill directly off the kitchen and includes space for an outdoor shower and dressing area.
The Design Build Planners were referred to create designs for these first time homeowners. Having recently moved into their new home, the clients wanted expanded and modernized kitchen space along with a much needed exterior renovation.

This Aberdeen, New Jersey family planned on having a multi generational home. However, they had trouble finding a home that suited everyone's desires. In this case, the younger couple purchased a home that they fell in love with, planning to add a custom addition for the parents to it.
