Our History
The year was 1968 when Louis Amiano Senior decided it was time to start his own company and create a better future for his family. Starting as a mason in North Jersey then soon re-locating to South Jersey, Louis Senior continued to work hard on his company year after year. Fast forward to the year 2009, Louis Amiano Junior took over the reins of this family-owned construction company. Louis Junior has a lifetime full of industry education and experience. By combining his knowledge in construction, with modern-day technology, and the latest design trends, Louis Junior has built a national award-winning design-build remodeling firm right here in small-town Southampton, NJ.
In the more recent years, Louis Junior’s nephew and daughter have also joined the family-operation, Joseph Clymer and Sophia Amiano. After fifty-plus years of business, Amiano & Son continues to be a family owned and operated company with a firm foundation built on knowledge, passion, and generations of hard work.

A complete transformation happened with this Marlton NJ Kitchen Remodel. From a cramped builder-grade kitchen to a warm and inviting white kitchen, there’s so much to ooh and ahh at!
This homeowner loves to cook. And because of that, has enough cooking supplies and gadgets to make any Michelin Starred Chef envious. And we were tasked with designing a gourmet kitchen with enough space to hold it all.
This fully remodeled bath has a few unique finishing touches, including a smart-mirror, Schulter drain system, a towel warmer, and beautiful Shaker style Birchwood cabinets.
A unique layout that homeowners wanted to keep and gorgeous tile flooring. This bathroom remodel features a massive shower with floor to ceiling tile and plenty of extra space for free standing storage or seating area.
This Medford NJ Bath Remodel is a two-bathroom project where we matched the design elements to form one cohesive design across both rooms. The use of mostly white and very light gray give this space the feeling of being in a high end spa instead of at home. It’s truly a luxury environment with plenty amenities to make anyone feel relaxed.
The feature piece in this bathroom remodel is the outstanding shower with floor to ceiling tile and generous size. Tons of storage line the walls and the gray, blue, and white palette lends to a clean, refreshing look.

Amiano's construction staff was great to work with on a daily basis. Damian, our project manager, did an excellent job of keeping us "in the loop" as to when certain work (electrical, plumbing, painting, etc) was to be performed. We had started the design phase of this project with another contractor years ago, but it never materialized because we could not agree on a design that would work for our space.
