Process
Design – Initial meeting
We meet with you to discuss the project you are interested in having designed and built. We create a wish list for the project, take some measurements and then take some photographs of the existing space.
Preliminary plans & budgetary pricing
We will meet with some preliminary plans and a written proposal which we review together. At this meeting we try to establish a design and a budget for the project.
Finalizing the project
At this stage we like to finalize the design, introduce any subcontractors (plumbing, heating cooling, electrical) and finalize the cost of the project. If needed we introduce an Architect to prepare any final plans needed for applying for the building permit.
Begin work
It’s time to get started! We’ll help you make final selections and prepare a full work schedule from start to finish so you’ll know what to expect.
