Daryl Janzer is the Founder and President of Janzer Home Improvements, Inc (JBI). He started his business in his early twenties and currently has over twenty five years of hands-on construction experience. Over the many years in the business, JBI has completed many different types of renovations ranging from kitchen and bathroom remodels, to custom additions, second floor add-ons, speck homes, and custom built homes.
Daryl Janzer is also the Founder and current President of the Ryan Lane Home Owners Association.
Daryl and his wife Stacy are Ocean County, New Jersey residents. They have been married for 21 years and have two wonderful children. Their son Zachary is majoring in Radio and Television Production in college.
Projects
JBI’s most recent accomplishment was a three lot subdivision which included land development, site work, an underground storm management system, tree clearing, water and sewer mains, the constructing of a new road, conservation easements, utility easements, and the construction of several 2600+ square foot homes.
