Our Story

Capnovate Construction has its origins in the dreams of a first-generation family of immigrants to the United States. As Mr. Laterovian nurtured his family’s private real estate investments, he also watered the seeds of interest for the real estate market in his twin sons Gary and Greg Laterovian. After participating in home remodeling projects and real estate marketing for years under the tutelage of their father, Gary and Greg pulled together their collective knowledge and expertise to start Capnovate Construction.

The Laterovian brothers are also licensed real estate agents with a top New Jersey firm. They have positioned themselves to quickly spot properties that can be renovated and flipped for profit. Capnovate Construction offers a vehicle for home remodeling that involves a variety of investment strategies such as joint ventures with multiple investors and equity partnership programs.

Gary and Greg Laterovian’s out-of-the-box designs and quality construction are rooted in their passion for breathing new life into New Jersey communities.
